Founder - Jacob Molitor

Jacob is an active officer & proudly serves as the Founding Chair of the Small & Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association. He earned a Master of Science in Public Safety Executive Leadership & has served 12 years in law enforcement between a city & tribal agency in Iowa. 

Jacob's roles have included Police Officer, Detective, and Chief of Police. He is most well known for his care, creativity, and work ethic. Jacob is grateful to support the great men and women of law enforcement and their families!
